Now specifically speaking, one of the biggest times that people tend to lose weight is right before their wedding day. I mean I’ve seen tiny women who claim that they can’t even fit into their wedding dress now, because they’ve gained weight. I can’t imagine them actually losing weight or being at a lower weight for their wedding day. But the whole losing weight for that big day is a typical thing. I mean we all want to look our best, and frankly after I’ve heard plenty blame the same schedule and eating habits for the weight they gain afterward. But realistically speaking, you can keep up a good diet and exercise program whether you’re dating somebody, single, or married to them. It’s just a matter of disciplining yourself into it.
You don’t have to eat all that they do, and frankly women really shouldn’t compete in that domain, especially with some men. Some men are far worse than others. This being said, basically speaking if you want to lose weight for your wedding, it’s not a bad thing for your health if you are actually going to keep it off. That’s not a bad thing at all. First, stay away from diet pills you see on TV. They are always fraudulent and sometimes dangerous. Second, start eating smaller and healthier meals throughout the day. This could mean like salads or it could mean the healthier subways or it could mean just things you make at home in general. And finally, remember to get a gym membership or whatever you need and work out!
