Exercise Tips

I’ve seen the meatheads at the gym who grease up their bodies, run around with no neck, think they’re all tough. Nobody really wants to look like them, half of them you can guarantee have used steroids to get there. It’s not fun at all. This being said, you want to be muscular maybe, you want to be defined. But you actually want to have a neck and you actually want to burn fat so that you look better in general. So how do you do this?

Well obviously you want to lift weights. Lifting weights builds those muscles and enhances your natural metabolism. But part of the reason they get big is because they lift really heavy weights. Instead, try actually living lighter weights and instead do more reps for greater endurance among other things. And of course, remember to stretch. Sometimes, you find that they can’t even reach any part of their back, not because they are so bulked up, but because they never stretched in the process. This doesn’t help anything.

Second, never forget about your cardio. Cardio is extremely important, and frankly speaking, without cardio, you ultimately cannot burn away the fat to reveal the muscles you have worked so hard for. So it’s extremely important to remember your cardio. Get your heart rate up, get some sweat going, run or do something else for at least an hour per day.

And finally, balance out your workouts. When you are lifting weights, cycle between muscle groups. Do your arms one day and your legs the next. You can always work your abs or your core. But cycle one day on your arms and upper body and the other day on your legs and lower body. Give them time to rest in between.
