Diet Defense
Diet Defense is a homeopathic remedy that also works with oligotherapy to supposedly “relieve overactive appetite, empty stomach feeling, food cravings, and stress & excess eating.” Diet Defense is even described as being “doctor formulated” with no negative side effects and healthy stress relief in one.
Obviously, you have to wonder, does Diet Defense work? And I’ll tell you right off the bat that it doesn’t. “Homeopathic medicine” is scoffed at if you talk to anyone in the medical community. It’s thought of as junk science, and that’s if you’re being generous! But if you’re wondering why nobody seems to like homeopathic medicine, I can’t say I blame you.
How Homeopathy Works
Homeopathy is for all essential purposes another way of saying that Diet Defense uses nothing but water. Homeopathic remedies typically take a drop of some obscure ingredient that has never been clinically proven to do anything in measurable amounts. Then Diet Defense dilutes this ingredient, mixing it with water over and over again until the only ingredient in any homeopathic blend is water, which you shouldn’t have to pay for. And just like its predecessors in the homeopathic industry, Diet Defense doesn’t have anything that even resembles a weight loss blend.

Diet Defense Conclusion
Diet Defense is by all accounts nothing but a big joke. It does not have anything that would make it effective, and if you want something that works, I wouldn’t even start with anything in Diet Defense. There are better options. But it’s best to stay away from anything that starts with homeopathy.
